Smell Like Summer Time with this Perfume

Summer time is upon us! This may not be my favorite time of year (always too hot in my opinion) but I do love having a new summer scent. When I tried this perfume on, the first response I got was, "Wow you smell like the beach!"

Natalie Wood was a famous actress and is still well known for her acting in movies West Side Story, Rebel Without a Cause, and, one of my personal favorites of hers, Splendor in the Grass. She died in 1981 but her influence in our lives through her movies is still felt among fans, new and old. Natasha Gregson Wagner is honoring her late mother through a fragrance called "Natalie." Natalie Wood apparently loved the gardenia scent, which apparently inspired this fragrance.

I wanted to try this fragrance first, because I like Natalie Wood, and second, because I love having a new perfume for the summer time and the idea of having a floral summer scent really appeals to me. When I received the sample, not surprisingly, I was greeted with Natalie Wood's lovely face. The tiny bottle had the word "Natalie" across it. I gave it a test scent and immediately liked the floral and fruity scent it gave off.

The one thing I didn't want to have happen for this perfume is to walk into work and have people say, "Wow, you're wearing perfume, aren't you?" So I tried this perfume recently and wore it to work and lo and behold this perfume didn't get any remarks of the sort. In fact, someone complimented it and said this reminded them of the beach a little bit.



Right now, you can get a roll on perfume that is about .25 ounces for $25.00. I think that's a fairly reasonable price and for me, I don't use a lot of perfume so this will last me a couple of months I think. I also think this is fairly long lasting perfume, lasted me a few hours of being able to enjoy the scent on me and my clothes. For any ladies out there, that love a floral and fruity scented perfume, you will thoroughly enjoy this perfume. It complimented me a lot and loved the scent I carried with me most of the day. This is a great summer perfume and I highly recommend it. This is definitely something I would buy for someone else, which is saying a lot as it's difficult to buy perfume for others.

My Review of Nutty Novelties Nut Butters

  Does anyone else love nut butter as much as I do? It's such a healthy protein and great for breakfast or lunch, depending on how you like to enjoy yours.  Recently, I had the chance to try some by a brand called Nutty Novelties. I ended up choosing their simple blends, like Classic Peanut Butter, Pistachio Butter, Almond Butter, and Cashew Butter. I loved each jar and thought it was just simply delicious.
