LivRelief Pain Relief Cream #TryLivRelief

In January, I fractured my left humerus bone for the first time. It was the first time I had EVER broken anything. It happened the day after a bad snow day, I thought it was safe to walk to my bus that morning. So as I walked to my bus stop, I came upon a sloping part of my parking lot and one step in, I slid backwards and caught myself with my left arm. It hurt SO badly. I tried to get home and told my mom that I needed to get to the walk in care facility that morning. It has been several months since then and the arm fracture has healed. Since then I've been recovering fairly smoothly and trying to get my flexibility back to that arm and so far it's going GREAT. But the thing is as I'm doing my exercises and following the stretching exercises, that arm gets SO sore. It's something I've pretty much learned to cope with it but I recently had the chance to try a product called LivRelief. I'm not much of a medicine person but I was eager to try this.

My Favorite Gluten-Free Muffin Recipe [Featuring Bob's Red Mill!] [& Giveaway!]

I really don't think you can miss Bob's Red Mill. I mean, check out the length of their section in my local Whole Foods store. For me, Bob's Red Mill is a brand I wholly trust and know that I can go to for some pretty fantastic gluten-free options. A few weeks ago I shared with you one of my favorite muffin recipes and I decided to modify it a bit by adding in a new aspect - flax seeds! It was a bit awkward in experience but it made the muffins taste amazing.  I have been using Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free oats for MONTHS now, actually more than likely about a year. They're one of my favorites - I love the bag size and I love that you can trust them for gluten-free products. For me when I'm using gluten-free oats as a flour, I grind up the oats myself with a coffee grinder. I recently used their already ground gluten-free oat flour to go with fried chicken and that turned out pretty amazing! I was so happy about that!   So one of the thin

Dr. Sharp Oral Care - Flouride Free Toothpaste Review [And Giveaway]

I had the chance to try out some oral care products by Dr. Sharp. I was intrigued by this because they talk about having fluoride free oral care items and I have always heard quite the opposite about having fluoride in toothpaste. But if you check out their site, they say so much about the benefits of fluoride free products that you should take a look . This actually talks about their scientific findings and so I think that is so interesting. But onto my review! I had the chance to try out a few items -  Fresh Mint with Green Tea Toothpaste  Purchase $6.50 I enjoyed this toothpaste a lot. I'm not sure it's entirely the best thing to say but I actually liked the taste of it. The green tea provides a sweeter flavor to it than simply having a toothpaste with just mint. What my mom and I both noticed while using this toothpaste was that it didn't burn afterwards. I appreciated that a lot! One thing is that the price of this toothpaste

Save Money and Learn a New Skill by Repairing Things on Your Own [Guest Post]

Individuals who have an interest in learning a new skill and have the time it takes in order to learn a new skill can save a lot of money by repairing things on their own. Fortunately, there are many videos available on the Internet and how-to articles that can teach individuals how to do almost anything. Of course, some things are learned by trial and error. You can look for a video on how to build a computer and get some very in-depth information. However, once you give it a try, you may see that it is a lot harder than it looks. What you want to do is be patient and take the time to learn how something works and what it needs to be fixed. Many individuals have appliances in their kitchen. They may have a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and other things that have been designed in order to make their life easier. When one of these appliances break, do not simply throw it out and then go to a local department store and purchase another one. You can take the time to learn how to f

Jessica's Natural Foods - Granola That Makes a Perfect Snack! [Review + Giveaway]

I had the chance to try out some really awesome granola. Really awesome. So it's by a company called Jessica's Natural Foods and owner Jessica (of course hehe) started the company back in 2009. Her husband being gluten intolerant started her down the road of making granola and now the granola has expanded to 25 states! Read more about the start of the company here . I actually had the chance to try out a variety of flavors. My absolute favorite that I was so sad to see gone was the Chocolate Hazelnut. As I was eating these, I couldn't help but think of those amazing cookies from my childhood I can no longer eat since going gluten-free - Teddy Grahams. So these were not only chocolately goodness, they were also nostalgic. So I have to give some major props there. Probably the bad thing is that I started OUT with the Chocolate Hazelnut and everything else beyond that flavor got compared to that amazing flavor. The chocolate chip flavor and vanilla maple I
