Bob's Red Mill Recipe Round Up (And Giveaway)

Going gluten-free several years ago changed everything for me and it's still a daily battle for me to keep up with what has gluten, what ingredients to look for, remembering to check out wheat warnings, and everything else in between. So I always appreciate when I find a brand I can trust and I've always been able to trust Bob's Red Mill. They have a TON of gluten-free flours and gluten-free oats and mixes and everything. I was so excited to be able to try out a few of their new flours over the holiday season.

And you know? You have to check out this Bob's Red Mill section in the grocery store I am near at work -

Isn't that incredible? Well, one of my favorite things to get from them are their gluten-free oats and I have an oat recipe I've used for years that's just my go to recipe. Check out here, I've posted it a year ago and it's still a classic!

And so I couldn't help but reach out to bloggers about some of their favorite Bob's Red Mill recipes. Not all of these are gluten-free but all of them look amazing.

Apple Spice Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting
Made with Bob's Red Mill's all purpose flour, this classic recipe is a definite crowd pleasure. Warm, moist, and perfect for a cold January day!

Gluten-Free, Dairy Free Oatmeal Crumble Bars
I love when I find a good gluten-free oatmeal bar, it's one of my personal obsessive hunts and I can't wait to try this recipe myself.  This recipe is unique in that it offers up some great fruit alternatives that are great to follow according to what season you are making this!

Chewy White Chocolate Raspberry Cookies
This one makes me miss gluten but actually replace the all purpose flour in this recipe with Bob Red Mill's Gluten-Free all purpose flour and if you are gluten free you can make these scrumptious cookies fit your diet.

Gluten-Free Pancakes
I think what jumped out at me with this recipe is that it's low sugar! I love that. Make these Saturday morning and make your tummy smile.

Jalapeno Cheddar Corn Bread
Ahhh my mouth watered at the title of this recipe. I think this sounds delectable and I imagine it would go great with some baked beans and fried chicken. Ah yum!

Stretch Your Beef Sloppy Joes
I love sloppy joes. This recipe uses bulgar wheat to make your sloppy joe recipe stretch and it looks tasty! Not gluten-free but I do wonder if you can replace bulgar wheat with quinoa or millet in this recipe.

Keto Low Carb Pancakes with Almond Flour and Coconut Flour
Ah coconut flour! Seems elusive to me and so I would love to try this recipe and finally break open that bag of coconut flour I purchased some time ago. What a fantastic recipe this looks like!

Gluten-Free Pumpkin Bread
PUMPKIN BREAD. This caught my eye for sure. I love pumpkin bread and I think pumpkin is an all season food. This is a must try and so many of these flours you can get through Bob's Red Mill.

I hope these all got those taste buds going! You can buy Bob's Red Mill online and in the store. I feel like Bob's Red Mill is everywhere!
